I feel like I'm looking at an audience of over 2 million hurting people, after someone just invited me onto the stage and handed me the microphone... There is a time and a season for everything, and we are currently in a season of convergence where all the things we have done as a ministry and family leading up to this moment have prepared us for such a time as this.

We live on a planet that is suffering from more than one pandemic. There is a pandemic of "Fatherlessness" that has left masses to be led by fear. Without oversimplifying what is plaguing our culture, I can say that if fathers and mothers had the tools to truly walk in the power of their vital roles, we would become The Church that the world is waiting to see. The Church that shuts fear down with the beloved status of being those who can call the creator of heaven and earth, Father. The Church who knows what it is like to feel safe in every situation because of who we are and what we mean to God.

Recently while hosting a Men's Gathering in the mountains of Wyoming, I was sitting on a hillside and had an encounter with the Lord that encouraged me in what He is doing in our lives and ministry during this season. From where I sat, I could see multiple springs and small streams coming together and contributing to this massive river. It was in that moment when the Holy Spirit was saying, "I am bringing all things together for the good...for whoever believes in me out of their heart flow continually rivers of living water!" [Romans 8:28, John 7:38]

As we steward the revelation of being ones who are created in the image of God as his very own sons and daughters, we have now been invited to speak into the most concentrated population of fatherless people in our country. As you may know, we are currently working on a new video project that will give us a voice in nearly every prison in America. Through our partnership with Prison Fellowship, Riding High Ministries digital content will go into the very controlled, closed-circuit, TV system of our American prisons providing the potential to reach approximately 2.5 million people.

Because of COVID, the prison systems are completely shut down to outside visits, including families or any of the many programs that typically serve these men and women. They are not just isolated to homes but trapped in a toxic environment of negativity and violence. RHM is among the very few invited to go behind bars with the Good News through this digital content project we are calling Ground Shakers. Why Ground Shakers? Because we live in a time when everything that can be shaken will be shaken, and we are charged with the great honor of representing the unshakable Kingdom of God. (Hebrews 12:27)
