Are You Wild or Are You Free?

God loves you, has a purpose for your life, and created you for freedom.
The Bible says: “I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10

THE PROBLEM

When our Father created us, it was his original plan for man to live free from pain, regret, and fear. Because of man’s rebellion, sin took root and bound all mankind with chains of discord, decay, and death.
The Bible says: “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.” Romans 5:12

THE REMEDY

Jesus, God’s Son, was God’s gift to us so that, through His death on the cross, sin would loose its grip and God’s original order would be re-established.
The Bible says: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8
“For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit.” 1 Peter 3:18

OUR RESPONSE

We must trust Jesus Christ to forgive our sins. When we repent and commit our lives to Him we gain access to the peace and freedom of knowing God.
The Bible says: “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).

We invite you to say “yes” to God’s free gift by praying:

Dear Jesus,
I know I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe You died in my place and rose from the grave to make me new and to prepare me to live in your presence forever. Jesus, come and take control of my life, forgive my sins and grant me true freedom. I place my trust in You alone for my salvation and accept your free gift of eternal life. Amen.
